As part of the 21st Century CURES grant, Ohio Department of Mental Health & addiction Services will provide the first of 47 in-person Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Drug Addiction Treatment Act of 2000 Waiver Trainings Friday-Saturday, October 13-14, at the Health Collaborative, located at 615 Elsinor Place in Cincinnati. The class will be from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13, and from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 14. Trainers from the American Society of Addiction Medicine will lead the first day of training. Physicians completing the course requirements and obtaining their certificate of completion with a DEA-X number will be reimbursed $1,300.
