Are you a medical student or family medicine resident wanting to find a mentor but not sure how? Have you had a mentor-mentee relationship that has fizzled out? Looking for best practices to ensure you have mentors all the way through your family medicine career? If your answer is yes, than this program is for you!

Join the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) on Saturday, May 4, for an afternoon of mentorship best practices and speed mentoring at the OAFP office located at 4075 N. High Street in Columbus, OH.

This in-person event is just for student and resident members of the OAFP. Join us to learn about mentorship best practices, connect with other attendees, and network with OAFP physician members!

Over the course of the afternoon, participants will:
  • Meet and network with fellow student, resident, and physician members from around the state
  • Learn about the importance of mentorship in family medicine and best practices
  • Participate in speed mentoring rounds to share mentorship experiences, tips, and ask questions in small groups
