- Kevin P. Hill, MD – assistant professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Boston, and best-selling author of Marijuana: The Unbiased Truth About the World’s Most Popular Weed, will be addressing the topic of “Marijuana in 2016: Science Policy and Treatment”
- Jeffrey Swanson, PhD, professor in psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Duke University School of Medicine, Durham, NC, will be presenting “Thinking Carefully about Guns, Mental Illness, and the Law: Balancing Risk and Rights for Effective Policy.”
