The Ohio State University (OSU) Department of Family Medicine seeks an experienced B/C family physician that is fellowship trained with a CAQ in geriatrics to function primarily in the OSU Family Medicine Residency Program, which will include responsibility for the joint administration of a Geriatric Fellowship Program with the Department of General Internal Medicine/Geriatrics plus outpatient and nursing home care. All of its family medicine clinics are NCQA level 3 recognized patient-centered medical home practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching, research and scholarship, and service. There is potential for leadership and appointment level is open in regular tenure, regular clinical, or associated clinical tracks.
