During the 2018 Chief Resident Workshop, you will:
- Hear from our speaker, Scott Morris, DO, on useful topics such as understanding roles of being a chief resident, learning leadership styles, managing feedback & conflict resolution, and determining priorities and opportunities for delegation.
- Establish an OAFP Chief Resident Network so participants can have peer support and discussion all year long.
- Happy Hour with local physicians later in the day!
