If you’re not registered for the OAFP’s 2017 Quality Improvement Summit set for Saturday, April 8, you’re missing out – it’s as simple as that!
Teams participating in the Summit will gain valuable tools in team collaboration around patient care – not only improving screening rates for patients but also building a team morale that will boost anyone’s attitude on a daily basis!
Plus, each participating physician will earn American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) Certification Performance Improvement Activity credit and 24 continuing medical education (CME) credits by taking part in this innovative educational program. Other members of the care team such as physician assistants, registered nurses, and advanced practice nurses can all claim continuing education credit too.
Oh, and did we mention, each team that completes the online, data collection module after a six-month change period will receive a $250 practice stipend?
Now do you see all that you’re missing out on!?!
There are just 8 spots left! Space is available in the breast and cervical cancer prevention and early detection track as well as the colorectal cancer screening improvement track.
If you have questions regarding this program, please contact Kaitlin McGuffie or call 800.742.7327.
Seriously, you don’t want to miss this!
