The faculty in the Division of Medical Dietetics and the Department of Family Medicine at The Ohio State University are conducting a voluntary survey to understand the role of nutrition counseling in primary care in Ohio. The study’s purpose is to assess the proportion of primary care patients who could benefit from nutritional counseling, and determine what strategies would best support you, the family physician, in 
facilitating that process.
