The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians and the OAFP Foundation welcomed members, family, and friends for a Night Out with the Columbus Clippers on August 24. Although the Clippers fell to the Toledo Mud Hens, 14-0, it was still a fun night had by all!
Thank you to all that attended the game. Your ticket purchase meant $2 back to the Foundation to support the mission of cultivating student career choice in the specialty of family medicine.
A big thank you also goes to Brian Bachelder, MD, our highest bidder in the online auction to win the chance to throw the first pitch at the game. Dr. Bachelder bestowed this opportunity upon his brother-in-law, Jack D’Aurora, who took his turn on the mound before the game.
Additional photos from the game can be found on the OAFP Foundation’s Facebook page.
