Because of its connectivity throughout the state, CliniSync has applied for vendor status for all practices that would like to participate in Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) which will focus on payment reform with health insurance companies.

- Community Health Record: Access individual patient community health records that include encounters at hospitals and practice visits along with access to the Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System
- Referrals: Electronically send and receive customized patient referrals with confirmation and tracking in real time
- Direct Messaging: Use of CliniSync’s health information service provider to send and receive messages using the national direct protocol
- Integrated Direct Messaging: Send and receive secure messages with other providers and stay within the electronic health record (EHR) environment
- Electronic Orders: Hospitals can integrate an orders capability to physicians and other providers
- Notify: Receive notifications when a patient is admitted or discharged as an inpatient or emergency department patient
- Contribute: Publish patient data to CliniSync’s longitudinal community health record (CHR)
- Single Sign On: Enables a view of the CHR from within the EHR without the need for additional log in information
- EHR Gateway: Allows clinicians to query and retrieve information and to create/contribute continuity of care documents
- CliniSyncPLUS: A team of experts will assist with Meaningful Use, Physician Quality Reporting System, quality reporting, audits, security, and payment reform.
