Connect with primary care teams across the state for the Spring 2023 Ohio Cardiovascular and Diabetes Health Collaborative (Cardi-OH) ECHO Clinic Innovations in Diabetes and Cardiovascular Health. Clinics will be held Thursdays from 8 – 9 a.m. January 12 through March 30, 2023.
Cardi-OH ECHO is a 12-week virtual clinic for primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals serving Medicaid patients in Ohio. This hub-and-spoke model connects physicians, nurses, and other professionals with a multidisciplinary panel of experts who provide the specialized knowledge they need to care for patients with complex conditions.
Each clinic will include a brief didactic session by one of the experts, followed by an interactive discussion of de-identified case studies submitted by participants. This unique model will offer a whole-person approach to diabetes and cardiovascular risk management. No-cost continuing medical education credits are available.
Visit the Cardi-OH website to view eligibility information and to register.
