In the coming weeks, the Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System (OARRS) will go through a series of system upgrades. This will include integration of OARRS accounts with the state’s eLicense system. The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (SOPB) will announce when the integration will be completed.
Immediately after the integration, some OARRS users may temporarily lose access to OARRS due to inconsistent information between their eLicense and OARRS account information. Accounts with inconsistent or incorrect information will need to be individually updated. The SOBP will work directly with these impacted users.
