State Medical Board of Ohio proposed rules 4731-11-01 and 4731-11-14 were revised to reflect some of the comments received at the September 26 public hearing.
The rules were filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) on October 16 and will be on the Thursday, November 15, JCARR agenda.
