Elana Curry, medical student at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, has been appointed as American Academy of Family Physicians Student Delegate to American Medical Association (AMA) – Medical Student Section.
Her appointment was recommended by the AAFP Commission on Education and confirmed by the AAFP Board of Directors.
Elana’s first responsibility will be to represent AAFP’s medical students at the AMA Interim meeting in Honolulu, Hawaii, in November. She will also represent AAFP’s medical students at the 2018 AMA annual meeting in Chicago.
