The Ohio Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (OPCPCC) will host its fall collaborative conference on Overcoming Challenges in Primary Care: A Better Understanding of
Value and Outcomes on Friday, October 27, at the Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, OH. The conference will feature several nationally recognized thought leaders on how to harness comprehensive, high quality, high value primary care.

- 10:30 a.m. Keynote Reactor Panel Discussion
- 11:20 a.m. Federal Health Policy Updates with presenter Joan Alker
- 12:30 p.m. Shared Principles of Primary Care with presenter Ted Epperly, MD
- 1:30 p.m. Is High Quality Medical Care Sufficient? Social Factors that Affect Health with presenter Eduardo Sanchez, MD, MPH
- 2:45 p.m. Reducing Disparities in Diabetes Care: Using a Positive Deviance Approach with presenter Shari Bolen, MD, MPH
- 4 p.m. Optional Post-Conference Informal Networking.
Participation is limited to the first 350 who register; the cost to participate is only $50 (coffee, lunch, and a snack are included). A detailed draft agenda is available on the OPCPCC conference webpage. Please register by Tuesday, October 10.
