The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), during the week of October 9, sent invitations out to primary care practices that are eligible to enroll into the Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) for program year 2018.
Ninety practices at the Medicaid billing ID level that met minimum requirements received invitations to enroll. Minimum requirements, which are the same as last year’s, include national patient-centered medical home accreditation and a minimum number of 500 Medicaid lives (attributed by claims).
For those currently in Ohio CPC, Medicaid will be asking practices to re-attest to the participation requirements – data sharing, TA sessions, and meeting the eight activity requirements – as a way to confirm participation in 2018.
