The American Academy of Family Physicians is presenting a webinar on Thursday, July 12, from 12:30-1:00 p.m., on clinical preventive service recommendations for adolescents and young adults, which will include the importance of one-on-one discussions (confidential time).
The webinar will center on reducing missed opportunities to improve the health of adolescents and young adults, and addressing physical, emotional, and intellectual growth during those formative years.
After attending this webinar, family physicians will be able to:
- Explain the importance of adolescent/parent decision-making
- Recommend clinical preventive services for adolescents and young adults
- Locate resources to help care for adolescents and young adults in your practice.
