Two Ohio Academy of Family Physicians members have been awarded scholarships from the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors (AFMRD) to attend the 2020 Family Medicine Advocacy Summit scheduled Monday-Tuesday, May 18-19, in Washington, DC.
Mark Rastetter, MD, was selected as one of four AFMRD members to receive a scholarship. Dr. Rastetter is the associate program director at The Ohio State University (OSU) Family Medicine Residency Program.
Christopher Skok, DO, of Grandview Heights, OH, was selected as one of 11 residents to receive a scholarship. Dr. Skok is a resident at the OSU Family Medicine Residency Program and a member of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians Public Policy Committee.
