Registration is open to incoming chief residents for one of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians’ (OAFP) most highly regarded programs—the Chief Resident Workshop on Saturday, April 23. This year’s workshop will be held in person starting at 10 a.m. at the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers in Columbus, OH.
Through this specialized training, incoming chief residents will be equipped with the leadership tools needed to have a successful academic year. This year’s program will include fundamental learning topics led by a former Ohio chief resident, group discussion, a networking lunch, and an introduction to the American Board of Family Medicine. The program also establishes an Ohio Chief Resident Network to serve as a peer touchstone for discussion and collaboration throughout the year.
