The 2019 Chief Resident Workshop was held May 4 at the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) office in Columbus, OH.
A total of 26 residents from 14 Ohio family medicine residency programs attended the workshop led by Tricia Olaes, MD.
Dr. Olaes led the group of soon‐to‐be chief residents in discussion on understanding the roles of being a chief resident, learning leadership styles, managing feedback and conflict resolution, and determining priorities and opportunities for delegation. The attendees were able to participate in numerous case studies and network with peers from around Ohio.
