The OAFP Foundation (Foundation) is hosting its second annual virtual Family Medicine 5K Run/Walk Saturday-Sunday, October 23-24. Sign up with your practice, fellow residents or students, or create a team with your friends and family!
This year’s virtual race will allow participants to run or walk any time during Saturday, October 23, or Sunday, October 24, on a route of your choice.
Participants will receive a race shirt, bib, finisher medal, and virtual sponsor packet. The top 5 finishers will each win a $50 Amazon gift card!
Registration is open through Sunday, October 24, and is $35 per person. Registrations submitted by Friday, September 24, and before will receive their race packet by mail prior to race weekend. Registrations submitted Saturday, September 25, and after will receive their race packet by mail after the race.
Want to support the Family Medicine 5K, but not up for a run? Join the Foundation cheer team! Submit a donation equal to the cost of the race registration ($35) and share encouragement with runners on walkers on our Facebook or Twitter accounts during race weekend! All proceeds will support Foundation programming for Ohio medical students and residents.
