The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program wants to learn more about tobacco cessation strategies in medical practices across the state though the implementation of an online survey.
The information collected will help ODH understand what healthcare professionals know about tobacco cessation strategies, if and how these strategies are implemented in medical offices, and opinions concerning the implementation of these strategies within medical patient care routines. The data collected will be used to guide future ODH program planning and outreach efforts.
As a health professional, you are invited to complete the survey which is being conducted by ODH’s evaluation partner, Strategic Research Group. The survey will be open until Monday, July 20, for participation.
If you have any questions regarding the survey or any problem accessing it, please call THE Strategic Research Group at 800.341.3660.
Your participation is very much appreciated.
