The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) staff thanks each of you who took the time to complete the American Academy of Family Physicians’ (AAFP) Know Your Worth Survey. Because of your participation, the OAFP finished in first place for the XL chapter category with 365 (16.46%) of active members completing the survey.
Overall, the survey closed with an incredible 8,503 responses—an impressive 13.07% of active AAFP membership, almost 1,000 more responses than in 2023!
Thanks to your participation, members will have even more ways to filter the AAFP Career Benchmark Dashboard and explore compensation data matters most to them like state, primary position, practice setting, and years since residency when the new data becomes available in early 2026.
