The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians 2017 Members Assembly will take place Saturday–Sunday, August 12-13. Join us for impactful wellness sessions on Saturday to earn up to 5 continuing medical education (CME) credits and then stick around on Sunday for an American Board of Family Medicine-approved diabetes knowledge self-assessment (KSA) and clinical self-assessment (CSA)!
Completing the KSA/CSA on site gives you technical assistance from staff and allows you to collaborate with peers. Take your knowledge deeper with group discussion and facilitation by an OAFP leader all while earning 8 live Prescribed CME credits and up to 15 points towards your ABFM Family Medicine Certification requirements!
Sign up for the diabetes KSA/CSA when you register for the 2017 Members Assembly. ABFM fees apply and, as a reminder, you will need to bring your laptop in order to participate.
