The Ohio Cardiovascular Health Collaborative (Cardi-OH) is a new statewide initiative to improve cardiovascular health and eliminate health disparities in Ohio’s Medicaid population.
On Friday, June 8, the 1st Statewide Cardiovascular Health Learning Collaborative will be held from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Columbus State Convention Center in Columbus, OH, featuring keynote speaker Lawrence J. Appel, MD, MPH, director of the Welch Center for Prevention, Epidemiology, and Clinical Research, The Johns Hopkins University.
