WHEREAS: physician to physician communication improves patient outcomes and lowers cost, therefore be it
RESOLVED: that the American Academy of Family Physicians advocate for development of codes for physician-to-physician communication based on time spent, and be it further
RESOLVED: that the American Academy of Family Physicians advocate for all payers to reimburse codes for physician-to-physician communication based on time spent.
