The 9th Annual Ohio Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative’s (OPCPCC) fall conference will be centered around Primary Care and Taking on Challenges to Transform Healthcare.
This virtual, 3-day conference is free and will focus on primary care, embracing change, care management, and health equity as key priorities – in alignment with the COVID-19 necessities and discoveries that have impacted the primary care practice.

Keynote Speakers: Gary LeRoy, MD, FAAFP, Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Admissions, Wright State University and David Nash, MD MBA, Founding Dean Emeritus, Dr. Raymond C. & Doris N. Grandon Professor of Health Policy, Jefferson College of Population Health.
There will also be a panel discussion with physicians from Central, North, and Southeast Ohio.
Session 2: Challenges of Care Management
