Worried about pending Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) deadlines? Attend the live American Academy of Family Physicians webinar, PQRS: Are You Ready?, on Thursday, November 3, from 1-2 p.m. and learn how to avoid a 2% Medicare payment cut.
What is PQRS? Why is it important to me?
PQRS is the Medicare pay-for-reporting system requiring physicians to submit quality data to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. If you don’t report 2016 PQRS measures, you will be charged a 2% penalty to your 2018 Medicare Part B payments. Additionally, by reporting to PQRS you will avoid automatic downward payment adjustments under the Value-Based Payment Modifier program in 2018.
What can I do?
If you haven’t reported, it’s not too late. Attend the AAFP’s live PQRS webinar designed for family physicians like you.
After the webinar you will be able to:
- List the requirements and available options for PQRS compliance
- Explain the benefits of reporting by the deadline and the implications if reporting is not completed by the deadline
- Articulate a plan for improved PQRS reporting.
Register today and avoid unnecessary penalties.
