The Ohio Board of Pharmacy (OBP) is required to review all administrative rules every five years. In accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, the OBP seeks stakeholder feedback on the following:
- Clinics and Prescriber Offices
- First Aid Departments
- Laboratories
- Limited Facilities
- Non-Limited Facilities
- Opioid Treatment Programs
- Pain Management Clinics
- Veterinary Clinics.
All comments are due by close of business on Friday, April 25, by emailing rulecomments@pharmacy.ohio.gov.
