Ohioans believe drug use is the most urgent health problem in the state, according to a statewide poll released in December 2016 (Source: “Ohioans See Drug Use as Urgent Health Problem, Poll Shows,” Cincinnati Enquirer, December 15, 2016).
The latest results from the Ohio Health Issues Poll found that 21% of those surveyed believe drug use was Ohio’s top health concern.
The poll found that 18% of Ohioans listed health insurance as the state’s top health issue (the concerns include the cost of health care, coverage gaps for those who are insured, accessibility to insurance, and general worries about the Affordable Care Act/Obamacare).
