Ohio Academy of Family Physicians Executive Vice President Ann Spicer participated in a panel discussion during the Ohio Association of Health Plans’ Annual Convention and Trade Show held May 25. Also participating in the panel discussion were Kimberly Anderson, chief legal counsel at the State Medical Board of Ohio; Cameron McNamee of the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy; and Lori Chovanak, RN, FNP-BC, chief executive officer of the Ohio Nurses Association.
The theme of this year’s convention was “Engaging for Impact.”
Ms. Spicer described the OAFP’s recent strategic planning process and how its new plan will drive the Academy’s work through 2020.
