It is with great excitement that the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) announces the marriage of OAFP President Teresa Zryd, MD, MSPH, FAAFP, to Andrew (Andy) Manganaro, MD.
The wedding took place on August 6 at The Estate at Sunset Farm in Bellbrook, OH. Family, friends, and many adoring medical colleagues celebrated the couple. “The place was full of physicians, as you can imagine – but mostly family physicians,” Dr. Zryd shared.
The bride, Dr. Zryd, is the system vice president of academic affairs/research for Premier Health, and is a preceptor for the Wright State University Family Medicine Residency Program. She is also the chief medical consultant for Dayton Public Schools and one of the team physicians for the University of Dayton. The groom, Dr. Manganaro, is a retired cardiovascular surgeon and is the current chief medical officer for Lifelines Screenings, Inc. The pair reside in Xenia, OH.
The OAFP staff and Board of Directors extend their best wishes and a lifetime of happiness to the wonderful couple. To quote Jane Austen, “It is such a happiness when good people get together – and they always do.”
Congratulations!!!
