The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) is excited to launch its newest EasyPI track – Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)!
This track is packed with carefully curated resources designed to help family physicians and their practice teams identify gaps in CAD care and implement a performance improvement (PI) project to address them.
Why focus on coronary artery disease? CAD is the most common type of heart disease and is responsible for nearly one in five deaths in the United States. Improving early detection and management strategies can make a life-saving difference for your patients.
