The Northeast Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (NEOAFP) will host a FREE* well child care knowledge self-assessment (KSA) (formerly known as a SAM) at Gemini Center in Cleveland on Wednesday, March 29, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Registration for the KSA is required no later than Wednesday, March 22, by sending an email to Robert Kelly, MD, with your American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) ID.
Following the KSA, the NEOAFP will host a social networking opportunity with beverages at 5:30 p.m., followed by the annual banquet and business meeting from 6:15-8:30 p.m.
