The Northeast Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (NEOAFP) is looking forward to catching up with you at its chapter meeting on Thursday, September 18, at 6:30 p.m. at the Upper Edgewater Picnic Area. All NEOAFP and/or Ohio Academy of Family Physicians members are welcome to attend.
The NEOAFP will be catering food from Brassica, so please R.S.V.P. so ample amounts of food is available to enjoy together.
I think I signed up for this but I am now unable to attend
