Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, and supported the inaugural Family Medicine 5K Run/Walk on November 7-8! Over 100 people ages five to 80 signed up to complete 3.1 miles on a route of their choice in Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Washington.
OAFP Foundation staff Kaitlin McGuffie and Caitlin Laudeman, NEOMED student AuBree LaForce, and Orthopedic ONE representative Philip Schultz kicked off the race weekend on the morning of November 7, with a livestream video on the Foundation Facebook page to share an update on how the 5K has contributed to the Foundation and to wish everyone luck during their race. Check out the Foundation Facebook and Twitter pages and #FamilyMedicine5K to see pictures from OAFP members, staff, and family medicine supporters completing their race!
