We see firsthand how cardiovascular, kidney, and metabolic (CKM) conditions intersect and affect our patients’ lives. That perspective makes our specialty uniquely positioned to identify practical research questions that can improve outcomes and strengthen continuity of care.
The Bayer REACH Awards, in collaboration with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), support innovative research and scientific exchange in CKM health, with grants of up to $20,000. Family physicians are encouraged to explore this opportunity to advance patient-centered work in an important and often understudied area of care.
If you have an idea that could improve CKM care, this is your opportunity.
Explore this opportunity and submit a letter of intent by Sunday, August 16.
