The Federation of State Medical Boards recently introduced Education Modules on Medical Regulation: Protecting Patients, Supporting Physicians, and Advancing Trust, a new series of six online learning modules available for continuing medical education credit at no cost.
Each learning module explores a foundational topic in medical regulation including the role of state medical boards and the licensing process among other topics. The series provides insight on how medical regulation works in the United States and why that’s important for both patients and practitioners.
