The OAFP Foundation online auction opened today and closes on Wednesday, December 14, at 5 p.m.
All proceeds directly benefit Foundation family medicine pipeline programs that seek to identify and cultivate future family physicians to ensure a sufficient family medicine workforce for Ohio.
The item up for bid this quarter is a one-of-a-kind, handmade wood wine stopper donated by Gerry Stover, executive vice president of the Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians and the West Virginia Academy of Family Physicians. The wine stopper is made of spalted West Virginia persimmon tree and has a turquoise inlay.
The auction will conclude mid-December to allow time for shipping before the holidays – what a great gift idea!
