Registration for the 2019 Family Medicine Workshop is now open! Join us Saturday-Sunday, January 12-13, 2019, and/or Saturday-Sunday, January 26-27, 2019, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dublin, OH, to earn up to 29 continuing medical education (CME) credits.
Per tradition, the Family Medicine Workshop examines a broad spectrum of topics and concerns of clinical interest for primary care physicians. Each two-day, weekend course provides plenty of time for case discussion and interaction with the faculty.
Again this year, an optional add-on to Course 1 is an American Board of Family Medicine Knowledge Self-Assessment and Clinical Self-Assessment on the Care of the Vulnerable Elderly.
In addition, Course 2 will feature “Arming the Frontline of Hepatitis C Care: Treatment in the Family Medicine Clinic” sponsored by Gilead Sciences, Inc. This session is included in course 2 at no additional cost for all attendees.
Course topics for 2019 are as follows:
- ENT
- Caring for the Orthopedic Patient
- Gastrointestinal
- Ophthalmology
- KSA: Care of the Vulnerable Elderly (optional)
- Geriatrics
- Hospital Medicine
- Functional Medicine and Nutrition
