In order to ensure information is up-to-date and relevant to practice, the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians’ (OAFP) EasyPI tracks are revised as needed (at least once per year). The EasyPI: COPD track has been reviewed and updated – check it out today!
An exciting update – all revised tracks incorporate intervention and quality measure examples that can be used for physicians that are in administrative roles or settings without continuity of patients. Check out the “quality measures and intervention” one-pagers on your topic track of choice to see these examples noted. Regardless of your practice setting, these tracks are for you!
EasyPI is a peer-reviewed, curated collection of online educational resources to support family physicians in completing a performance improvement (PI) project in practice and receive credit for the work they do. Topic tracks will guide you through the process of evaluating background information for a specific condition, determining how this information should drive patient care, and implementing team-based practice change to improve patient outcomes.
Family physicians who engage in EasyPI tracks will improve patient care, meet their PI certification requirements for the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), and obtain 20 continuing medical education (CME) credits.
If you have questions about the EasyPI initiative, please contact Kaitlin McGuffie or call 800.742.7327.
This EasyPI track is sponsored by AstraZeneca, a proud Partner in Health of the OAFP.
Be sure to check out a new recorded webinar from our partner titled COPD Pathophysiology & Management Considerations & GOLD 2025 Report.
