In March, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians member Leanne Chrisman-Khawam, MD, received the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award presented by The Arnold P. Gold Foundation.
This award program recognizes one graduating medical student and one outstanding faculty member who demonstrate both clinical excellence and outstanding compassion in the delivery of care and who show respect for patients, their families, and healthcare colleagues.
