Join us for our first in-person event of 2021—a one-day program to earn up to 11.5 continuing medical education (CME) credits!
The CME Roadshow & KSA – Findlay will be held at the stately Hancock Hotel in Findlay, OH, on Thursday, September 16. This learning opportunity offers a variety of CME programming in addition to an American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)-endorsed Family Medicine Certification Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA) on behavioral health.

CME Accreditation
The American Academy of Family Physicians has reviewed and approved this program for up to 11.5 CME credits (3.5 credits for the morning sessions and 8 credits for the KSA). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Physicians that participate in the KSA will also receive 10 certification points from the ABFM.

Accommodations
The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians has negotiated a group room rate of $145 per room per night at the Hancock Hotel located at 631 S. Main St. in Findlay. For accommodations, please call the hotel reservation desk at 419.423.0631. Please tell the reservationist you are with the Ohio AFP in order to receive the discounted rate. The group cut-off deadline is Monday, August 16.
