Registration is open for the 2018 Chief Resident Workshop set for Saturday, May 5!
The Chief Resident Workshop, designed to equip new chief residents with the leadership tools needed to have a successful academic year, is one of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians most highly regarded programs and his held at the OAFP office in Columbus, OH.
This program establishes an OAFP Chief Resident Network so that participants can open a peer dialogue to optimize discussion and serve as a touchstone the whole year through. Discussion topics have included Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education work hour regulations, ways to reduce personal stress, techniques to resolve conflicts, and innovative methods to motivate others.
