The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) has been notified that a celebration of life for Tennyson Williams, MD, FAAFP, past president of the OAFP who passed away on January 13, 2021, will be held on Saturday, August 21, at 1 p.m. at the Bethel International United Methodist Church located at 1220 Bethel Road in Columbus, OH.
