At their meeting on January 19, the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors recognized Executive Vice President Ann Spicer for 25 years of service to the Academy. OAFP President Anna McMaster, MD, on behalf of the board, presented Ms. Spicer with the Norman Rockwell print “Freedom of Speech.” The inscription on the framed print notes Ms. Spicer’s 25 years of service as the voice of family medicine in Ohio.

Ann is an amazing servant leader who has set the standard for performance for all other state chapters. She leads by example and has a commitment to excellence in all that the academy touches. Thanks for giving so much to all of our lives!
