Since 2018, the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) has been providing financial support to its resident members for having their Ohio employment contract reviewed by an attorney of their choosing.
In an effort to support more resident members who choose to stay in Ohio to practice, the OAFP Board of Directors has expanded and enhanced this program—consider it our commitment to you as you begin your family medicine career journey in the Buckeye State!
The OAFP will provide its resident members with financial support to cover the cost of a legal, Ohio employment contract review up to $414 (value equates to the first year of Ohio active membership dues). Residents must provide a detailed receipt from an attorney, along with the completed reimbursement request form.
To request reimbursement, please complete the request form and upload the detailed receipt from your attorney.
