Apply to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Health Workforce Faculty Loan Repayment Program and receive up to $40,000 to help pay down your health professions education loan debt. In return, commit to a two-year (full-time or part-time) faculty appointment at an eligible health professions school to support and prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals. The application is open now through Thursday, July 9, at 7:30 p.m. ET.
- You are a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized), U.S. National, or Lawful Permanent Resident
- You come from an economically or geographically vulnerable background
- You have earned a degree or certification in an eligible health profession
- You will begin employment as faculty at an eligible health professions school by Thursday, July 9, and have a contract for at least two years.
Step 2: Start Your Application
To start your application, you must first set up an account in My BHW. My BHW requires multifactor authentication (MFA), which protects your account from fraud and keeps your personal information secure. With MFA, you must use the Google Authenticator app on your mobile phone or tablet each time you log in. Follow the Quick Start Guide to set up this authentication.
