The application deadline for FUTURE delegates has been extended to Monday, June 23, to recruit an alternate student and alternate resident delegate for the National Congress of Student Members (NCSM) and the National Congress of Family Medicine Residents (NCFMR), hosted in conjunction with FUTURE, Thursday-Saturday, July 31 – August 2 in Kansas City, MO.
This is an excellent opportunity for students and residents to begin a leadership pathway at the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) and American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) – no experience required!
A delegate and alternate delegate pair will be selected to represent their respective Ohio medical students or residents during discussions, resolution writing, and elections at the congress sessions. While any student/resident member of the AAFP may participate in congress discussions and resolution writing, only chapter delegates are eligible to vote in elections.
