HPV Prevention and Immunization Webinar for Physicians and Their Practice Teams

HPV_Webinar_WFMUOhio Academy of Family Physicians members and their practice teams are invited and encouraged to participate in a webinar designed to discuss prevention and immunization of the human papillomavirus (HPV).

The webinar, HPV Prevention and Immunization, is set for Tuesday, June 24, from 12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. featuring speaker Bethany Panchal, MD, clinical assistant professor of family medicine at The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH.



By participating in this webinar, you will:
  1. Understand the prevalence of HPV infection among young adults ages 19-26
  2. Know the cancer risk associated with HPV infection
  3. Learn about the means of prevention against HPV, including vaccination.

This webinar is scheduled over the standard lunch hour to maximize team member participation, is offered FREE of charge as an enhanced benefit of membership, will offer continuing medical education (CME) credits, and will be be archived on the OAFP website for one year.
