The Chief Resident Workshop is one of OAFP’s most highly regarded programs. It equips new chief residents with the leadership tools needed to have a successful academic year.
The 2012 Chief Resident Workshop will be held on Saturday, March 31, at Embassy Suites Dublin located at 5100 Upper Metro Place, Dublin, Ohio 43017.
This program establishes an OAFP Chief Resident Network so that participants can open a peer dialogue to optimize discussion and serve as a touchstone the whole year through. Discussion topics have included ACGME work hour regulations, ways to reduce personal stress, techniques to resolve conflicts and innovative methods to motivate others.
