The Chief Resident Workshop is one of OAFP’s most highly regarded programs. It equips new chief residents with the leadership tools needed to have a successful academic year.
The 2013 Chief Resident Workshop date and location is to be determined.
This program establishes an OAFP Chief Resident Network so that participants can open a peer dialogue to optimize discussion and serve as a touchstone the whole year through. Discussion topics have included ACGME work hour regulations, ways to reduce personal stress, techniques to resolve conflicts, and innovative methods to motivate others.
